Most items are handmade when ordered and will normally ship to you within three (3) months approximately 12 weeks period.  Not all items take this long it just depends on how many orders are ahead of yours.  Orders can/may take longer to process but this is highly unlikely.  I will advise you of any delays when order is placed to allow you to decide if you want to continue with the order.

Each piece of furniture is handmade to order in Indiana, Pennsylvania & Maryland.  The smaller decor home furnishings and accessories are handmade in Illinois, Ohio & Pennsylvania by a group of dedicated folks, giving each handcrafted item a unique personal touch.

All items are "made to order" in the USA and will come to you hand crafted of solid pine wood, no engineered wood or particle board is ever used in the building process.  You are welcome to customize many of the furniture pieces to match your decor.  There may be small extra fee for a customized order depending on what you are requesting.  If you don't see what your looking for or you would like to have a piece customizied contact me for assistance, please include your phone number.  I welcome custom orders to give your item a personal touch.

I offer a very few wood pieces that are not handmade but will still meet the quality expected from my store. 

SHIPPING NOTE:  Some items may need to be assembled to keep shipping costs down.  You will be notified when these items are ordered.  For estimated shipping rate quotes please email me your zip code, phone number and item name and number information.  All handmade items are shipped using weight, packaging dimensions and zip code to the destination.  I will not give you and estimated shipping rate quote with out this information.  Fuel costs are getting very expensive, for this reason I try to find the cheapest shipping rates available.
